Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from active3sports and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by post unworn, unused, in it's original packaging and with a receipt. We will exchange, credit or refund you for the value of goods only.

For exchanges, you are more than welcome to exchange items for another size, grip size or a completely different product. The original product must have all packaging remaining on the item and all be in a unused condition. If used we can't accept a exchange unless faulty.

• You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
• You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
• Contact us via Email or Phone.
• Return the item(s) to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt. (Tennis Rackets must have the cellophane still on the handle) 
• All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions may apply.
